Faith Formation

Opportunities to grow our faith are abundant at IPC. Of course, Sunday worship is our weekly exercise in seeking God’s will for our lives and the primary time to gather with our community of faith. Beyond worship though, we offer many other classes and programs to form one’s faith:

Christ’s Café – Each Sunday at 9 a.m., the pastors raise Biblical, theological and currently relevant themes for discussion. The discussion is usually lively and stimulating, and quite insightful. The class meets in the Parlor and all are welcome.

PW Bible Study – During the month, various PW (Presbyterian Women) Circles meet for Bible Study. All of PW meets then for lunch and program on the 3rd Thursday of each month (September – May).

Men’s Bible Study – On the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, a group of men gather for study (and donuts) on the second floor in Room 24. The group is open to all men.

Annual Retreat – In late January of each year, all adults in the church are invited to attend a weekend retreat outside of Indianapolis. The retreat is based on a different theme each year but designed to provide rest, rejuvenation and spiritual growth to all who attend.
