Preschoolers through fifth grade begin worship families with their families at 10 a.m. They are excused to their Sunday School classes after the Children’s Message which precedes the sermon. After worship many of our children attend choir practice.
We use the denominational curriculum, We Believe: God’s Word for God’s People. It engages children with Bible stories in a variety of ways. Beginning in Fall 2009 We Believe has been updated in response to Sunday School teacher feedback. We will also begin using the new Wee Believe, a curriculum for preschoolers which nurtures the development of faith through age-appropriate Bible stories.
